- Alex Doodle Review added: 2018.08.09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆6 months 5 call outs, the wheelchair is in a worse state, when they thought I was going to have to pay for it, there was a nice list of things I was going to have to pay for to fix it, yet as soon as I proved not heavy use under warranty it’s been a nightmare, it takes weeks organising appointments. Twice they showed up without the needed equipment. Twice tried to blame the steering problem on the way I was slumped I have left side paralysis, yet one said it was because I was leaning to the left, the other to the right. My carer took video of her showing the dangerous steering problem they didn’t care. They put on a new seat but it’s wobbly and on an angle we sent pictures they say the wheelchair is now fixed even though it’s in a worse state than when we first saw them 6 months ago. Numerous phone calls emails. It’s been completely stressful. Several engineers/operatives were even discriminatory towards disabled people saying most people they went to were not disabled and didn’t need a wheelchair or scooter.. this company is appalling, dangerous, have no morals and are happy leaving me with an even more unsafe wheelchair. It’s been 6 months nightmare stress for myself and my carer. Please do not use this company. Only one operative of 5 was nice enough and cared and tighten all the lose bolts, and actually treated us politely and as a human being. This company in my experience has made our lives miserable for 6 months and counting.
- Kevin Edwards Review added: 2018.08.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poorly managed company in my experience make arrangements to come out one day so I take day off work did not arrive by one so I called them they did not known anything about my order. Was meant to be a morning order but they came out in the afternoon. The staff that do come out are very professional but do not represent the company as a whole in my experience. Was left for 8 days with no bed had to sleep on floor.
